Branch Manager

Main tasks:
Controlling the activity of credit employees in the branch, as well as their proposed or granted loans;
Initiating proposals for new credit and sales methods;
Referral of loans to the committee according to relevant regulations and rules on granting and classifying loans;
Monitoring granted loans and ensuring timely payments;
Providing regular information about late payments, debts and debt collection periods based on the existing database;
Controlling the protection of the quality of the loan portfolio;
Preparation of various reports on work with problematic loans and submission thereof;
Ensuring necessary and timely support from the Head Office to achieve goals during the branch lending process;
  Candidate requirements:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
high education
Ability to work in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel);
Age Limit 25-50 (Male Candidates Only)
Ability to work individually and in a team;
Work graphic:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
A/h: negotiable and in addition, the possibility of getting a bonus of twice the salary.
