Main tasks:
Conducting active sales promotion and searching for potential customers;
Monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio and maintaining regular contact with clients;
Receive, analyze, submit to the credit committee and formalize customer applications;
Initiate proposals for new loan products and sales methods;
In order to ensure long-term cooperation of customers, to provide prompt service, to investigate received requests and complaints on the spot;
Ensuring timely processing of incoming credit analysis requests and preparation of necessary documents for Lending.
 

Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
Higher education/ incomplete higher education;
Ability to work individually and in a team;
Gender: male (preferred)
Candidates working in a bank or non-bank credit institution (credit specialist) and pawnshops are preferred
High communication and ability to work with customers;
Ability to work in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel);

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
A/h: On the basis of the interview and in addition, the possibility to receive a bonus of twice the salary.
